Pallet math, done right

Liquidation pallets are where reseller books go wrong. You paid one price for dozens of items, so what did each one cost? Flip Ledger splits the pallet across the items by asking price (or evenly), so a $60 blender carries more of the cost than a $12 phone case. When each item sells, its exact cost of goods goes with the sale.

Does Flip Ledger cross-list my items?

No. Flip Ledger is the books, not the listing tool. For eBay ⇄ Facebook Marketplace, our sister tool Cross-List Pro does the crosslisting (any cross-lister works). Bring the sales into Flip Ledger to see your true profit, inventory value and taxes across every marketplace.

Do I need to give you my eBay password?

No. You import eBay's own Transaction or Orders report (Seller Hub → Payments or Orders → Reports → Download). It takes seconds.

Can I track Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot or Facebook sales?

Yes. Import any marketplace CSV with the column-matching wizard, or add sales by hand in seconds. Each channel has its own fee settings.

How do I handle a pallet with mixed items?

Add the pallet with its all-in price (including buyer's premium, tax and pickup costs), list its items, and choose an even split or a split by asking price. Every item then carries its share of the cost.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Same features. Monthly is $14.99 every 30 days. Annual is $89.99 for 12 months, which is 50% off. If you start monthly, you can switch to annual during your first 30 days and your first $14.99 counts toward it.

How do I get my login?

As soon as payment completes we email your sign-in link and a temporary password to the email you enter. You choose your own password the first time you sign in. Forgot it later? Click "Forgot password" and we'll email you a new one.

Can I put my own logo and business name on it?

Yes. Add your business or LLC name, logo and brand colors when you first sign in or any time in Settings. Flip Ledger re-brands itself for your business instantly.
